Nicholas Silbergeld

Director, Investments

Nick is a Director on the Investments team where he originates and manages portfolio investments across the renewable energy, environmental sustainability, affordable housing, community development, and small business sectors. Nick has also supported strategic initiatives in the small business COVID recovery efforts.

Before joining Calvert Impact Capital:
Nick lived in Panama working in sustainable agroforestry and ecotourism after working in real estate capital markets in New York, Washington DC, and Los Angeles. Nick earned his B.A. in Economics from Denison University and holds a certificate in clean energy finance from Yale University.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys:
Nature treks in the jungle, Saturday morning squash matches, and running the kitchen at family dinners
